You will be officially booked with Toolum Decor when your down payment of 30% from the total cost is submitted.

What's your travel fee for setting up floral rental decor?
We serve the Metro Detroit Area. The first 20 miles are free if your is venue more than 20 miles away, it's $3.00 per mile.
